Best Western Plus Hangzhou Meiyuan Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The service was top-notch and truly made us feel like part of the family. Plus, the location of the hotel was excellent – it was away from the tourist hotspots, making it quieter and more peaceful. However, it was still easily accessible by taxi, which was a relief because it was impossible to get a taxi in the busy city.

We recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free toiletries.

The staff and facilities here are great; the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city center, our room had a view of the river, we also took advantage of the free parking, and the prices are affordable.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The beds were so comfortable and we slept really well. The hotel is located in a good area and it's close to the lake and city center. We enjoyed walking around the area in the evening, as the Grand Canal was beautifully illuminated and there were many shops nearby. We also had a very good breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is quite inconvenient for tourists and sightseers. Far away from most tourist hotspots, it's necessary to take a taxi to get anywhere interesting. it's often impossible to get a taxi from the hotel, so be prepared for long waits. the rooms are clean, but quite basic, with standard amenities and no real view to speak of.

The hotel's service leaves much to be desired. Despite repeatedly requesting assistance, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful.

The room was a bit outdated and the bed was quite firm. Air conditioning was a bit tricky to control and could be stuffy without it.
